COST OF POSTAGE AND PACKAGING IN THE UNITED KINGDOM

• This ranges between £4.95 - £10, depending if it is sent by recorded delivery or special delivery.
• Goods are sent by normal post, through Royal Mail and takes three to five days to be delivered.
• All goods are sent by recorded delivery or special delivery for next day express service.
• All shipping prices are clearly stated in the shopping cart.
• All items are posted via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and are insured up to a value of £32 against loss and damage in transit.

International purchases are welcome, which will be posted by Royal Mail recorded delivery.

Packages will soon be able to be tracked on line, but if you do not receive your order within 5 working days of payment, please call us or email our customer service department at info@thejewelthang.com, and one of our dedicated customer service representatives will be happy to help you.

Once goods have been posted we will send you an email to confirm this, and if you have a tracking order number, this will be included in the email. The listed shipping fees do not include charges imposed by your country's Customs Agency. The package recipient is fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties. Sometimes customs will charge a fee, and other times they will not.
