RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Items can be returned to the Jewel Thang within 7 days of receipt, unused and along with original box/packaging and label still attached. Shipping and Handling charges for items being returned are not refundable.

Please bear in mind that no refund will not be given, but you will receive a gift voucher to use on our web page for future purchases. Items that have been worn; damaged, and/or altered will not be exchanged or a gift voucher given.

Please allow 10 days for the return to be processed once we receive it.
